Junior Mortgage Loan Originator

• Participate in a structured onboarding and mortgage product training program.
• Follow up on assigned leads and respond to borrower inquiries.
• Assist senior originators with loan applications and documentation gathering.
• Build and nurture referral relationships under senior mentorship guidance.
• Develop working knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and the origination process.
• Manage personal pipeline and track progress toward monthly production goals.

• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Genuine desire to build a long-term career in mortgage origination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
• Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Background in financial services, real estate, or sales a plus.
