Job Summary

Myers Capital Hawaii is seeking a motivated Loan Originator for our Private Mortgage Department. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates at any experience level — no NMLS license is required for most of our private and bridge loan products. If you understand real estate, can evaluate deals, and are driven to close, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

Source and originate private, bridge, and hard money mortgage loans.
Evaluate property value, borrower experience, and deal viability.
Work directly with real estate investors, developers, and property owners.
Structure creative financing solutions tailored to each borrower’s needs.
Manage the loan pipeline from initial inquiry through closing.
Build and maintain a referral network within the real estate investment community.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate investing, hard money, or private lending preferred (not required).
No NMLS license required for the majority of private loan types offered.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to close deals.
Fundamental understanding of real estate valuation and deal structuring.
