Myers Capital Hawaii is seeking an accomplished Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to join our elite origination team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with an established referral network and a track record of high-volume production. Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume residential and commercial mortgage origination.
- Develop, maintain, and expand a robust referral partner network.
- Guide complex and non-QM loan scenarios from structuring to close.
- Mentor and support junior loan originators on the team.
- Represent Myers Capital Hawaii at industry events and networking functions.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of mortgage origination experience required.
- Established and proven referral partner network required.
- Active NMLS license required.
- Proven track record of high-volume mortgage production ($20M+ annually preferred).
- Deep expertise in conventional, jumbo, non-QM, and portfolio loan products.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor others.
