Tracy Adame

Tracy brings nearly 30 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, loan fulfillment, and quality assurance, with expertise spanning residential and commercial lending, including bridge loans, construction financing, and private money transactions. As Underwriter & Closer, she oversees underwriting, closing, processing, servicing, and quality assurance to help ensure a seamless experience for borrowers and lending partners.

Tracy excels at navigating complex loan scenarios and guiding transactions from underwriting through closing. She enjoys collaborating as a team to solve challenges, structure financing solutions, and help borrowers achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Myers Capital Hawaii, Tracy spent 14 years with USAA Federal Savings Bank as a Senior Real Estate Underwriter and Quality Assurance Analyst, where she led the Conventional Condo Desk and served as a subject matter expert in tax return analysis. She is also fluent in Spanish, having lived in Argentina for 18 months before graduating from college.

Tracy is a Certified Residential Underwriter and holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her five children, serving her Texas Hill Country community and church, and camping by the lake.
